EXPERIENCE FOOD IN A DIFFERENT WAY.
FRESH, LOCAL, NATURAL, UNIQUE...
PRODUCED IN A CHEMICAL-FREE ENVIRONMENT
OUR MISSION: WE ARE IN SEARCH OF THE TRUE AND THE AUTHENTIC

Once upon a time...
In a very small hive, bees were active all summer producing a special kind of honey. In their natural habitat and behaviour, almost untouched, the bees produced a divine honey, which they left for the beekeepers to discover. To their amazement, the beekeepers found truly pure, natural honey, pure love, PURE CONSCIENCE!
From this divine experience came a dream: to share naturally produced food with others and to change the world's conscience.

Once we found the perfect piece of land for our farm, we were inspired by the great biodiversity that surrounds us, and harmony between plants in nature. Starting with the planting of companion crops, we are gradually implementing biointensive agriculture – a sustainable organic farming method based on working with the basic elements needed for life (soil, water, air and sun) to achieve maximum yields, while increasing biodiversity and soil fertility. Our products are certified organic by Quebec Vrai. The products include all fruits and vegetables, honey, eggs, and organic meat chickens. In 2020 we added a herd of 18 Yaks to diversity our production and to offer a fuller variety of quality nutritious products. Our yaks are 100% grass fed and finished.

Maintaining healthy soil requires minimizing the use of machinery, which compacts the soil and increases its vulnerability to erosion. In practice this means all of our produce is hand-planted, and hand-harvested with conscience.

Our biointensive farm will use only a fraction of the resources used up in conventional farming to produce the same amount of produce – we believe this is a better way to experience food.

Love is in the Egg
Eggs from chickens with access to green plants such as clover, grass, and insects, look a lot different than eggs from factory-raised chickens that never go outdoors. They are also fed organic certified grains from local sources. A deep orange yok means the eggs is from pasture-raised hens and indicates a well-balanced and healthy chicken diet. Our eggs have excellent nutritional value and are multi-coloured.

You will find our eggs at the our Ponti-Yak Boutique, at La Boîte à Grains, Provigo Aylmer and Le Marché de l'Outaouais.

Ponti-yak

Yak meat is juicy and even sweet, low in cholesterol and saturated fat, which makes it very heart healthy. Yak meat is also high in protein, zinc, niacin and B vitamins. A 4 ounce serving of Yak Ribeye, will typically only have 3% fat, 50mg cholesterol and 25g protein. Yak has much better stats than skinless chicken or salmon, not to mention beef, bison, or other red meats.

Our yak meat is mainly available at our Ponti-Yak Boutique.
